Keeping your health and happiness at the heart of our business, all of our rooms undergo a thorough disinfecting by our dedicated housekeeping team in between each guest’s stay. This includes vacuuming, cleaning furnishings and sterilising surfaces, with special attention given to high-touch areas such as light switches, safes and TV remotes.

To minimise unnecessary contact, our housekeeping team will leave your room untouched throughout your stay, while still continuing to deliver you fresh towels, toiletries and additional milk & teabags as required.

With hand sanitising stations readily available at entrances and exits as well as around popular public areas, such as elevator entrances, toilets and reception, all guests can feel comfortable that their safety is our top concern. You will also find Perspex screens fitted along our reception desk and bars, and contactless payments will be greatly encouraged in all areas of our hotel.

Physical distancing and hand sanitising instruction sheets will be displayed all throughout the hotel, and more information or guidance can easily be supplied on request. We will also be taking all staff temperatures daily and all guest temperatures on arrival.
